At Synergetic Social, we know most business owners aren't struggling because they don't care about marketing. They're struggling because there simply aren't enough hours in the day.

Hayden Bates

FOUNDER

Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, it was pretty clear from the get-go that I'd end up running my own business. Growing up in a very digital-focused time, I always knew I wanted to utilize my creativity to benefit our family business and others. As I got older and began working in our family manufacturing company, I navigated the digital landscape, discovering the power of social media in amplifying our company's online presence.

After graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Business Administration, I discovered my true passion and how I could use it to assist others and their businesses. Thus, Synergetic Social was born!

When I'm not deep in work mode, you'll likely find me soaking up the beauty of Arkansas's lakes, savoring quality time with my friends and family (plus my adorable pup, Nelly), or jetting off to one of my favorite destinations.

Josie Brown

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

After growing up and graduating high school in Hot Springs, Arkansas, I moved to Fayetteville to attend the University of Arkansas. There, I studied Merchandising and Product Development with a minor in Marketing. I fell in love with everything about marketing and the digital world, so I knew that’s what I was going to pursue when I graduated. Immediately after graduating, I started working in the E-Commerce industry, where I really got to dive deep into all things online. 

I always knew that I wanted a career that allowed me to be creative and truly enjoy the work that I engaged in on a day-to-day basis, while feeling like I could enjoy my personal life too. When I met Hayden and discovered Synergetic Social, I had no doubt that it was exactly what I was looking for and I could not be happier! 

If we’re not busy creating and helping your business thrive, you can find me traveling anywhere I have the chance or spending all the time with friends and family. Oh– and my perfect mini doxie, Mila!

Lily Wheeler

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

I was born and raised in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and now live in Ames, Iowa with my husband and our sweet lab, Hollis. I attended the University of Arkansas, where I discovered my passion for marketing and storytelling through digital content.

During college, I worked for a local company managing their social media, which is where I really fell in love with creating content and connecting with the community. I enjoy finding creative ways to bring brands to life and helping businesses share their voice in an authentic and meaningful way.

Outside of work, I love spending time outside going for runs, traveling, or baking something sweet! My husband and I love any excuse to attend a sporting event, which is often where you’ll find us when we’re not at home.

Lacy Jumper

After graduating from Arkansas State University with a degree in Strategic Communications, I jumped straight into the world of public relations. It didn't take long for me to discover my passion for content creation, branding, and helping businesses tell their stories in a way that truly connects with people. That passion eventually led me to start my own photography business alongside my twin sister, and it's grown into something I never could have imagined.


Being a professional photographer has given me a unique perspective on marketing. From creating visuals that stop people and capturing authentic moments, I've learned that great content is about more than just looking good—it's about creating a brand people remember. I love helping businesses discover what makes them unique and bringing that personality to life through thoughtful branding and creative content.

When I'm not behind a camera, you'll probably find me trying a new coffee shop or local restaurant, traveling whenever I get the chance, hanging out with my golden retriever, Moose, or spending time with my family.

Kendall Jennings

Hi, I’m Kendall! I graduated from Cabot High School before earning my Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from Arkansas State University. I quickly realized that creativity has always been where I do my best work.

My passion for content creation started by capturing life’s biggest moments for family and friends—from gender reveals and first birthdays to special celebrations. Through filming, editing, and storytelling, I discovered not only a creative outlet but a passion for creating content that preserves memories and helps tell meaningful stories.

At Synergetic Social, I’ve been able to turn that passion into a career. Every client has a unique story to tell, and I love finding creative ways to bring their brand to life through engaging social media content. Working alongside an incredible team has allowed me to sharpen my skills in videography, editing, branding, and digital marketing, while constantly pushing my creativity to new levels.

I believe great content is about more than just getting views! it’s about creating connections, building trust, and helping businesses grow. Being able to combine strategy with creativity every day is what makes this career so rewarding.
